CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY HORRIBLE! NASTY ATTITUDES! IF YOU CALL IN A ORDER OVER THE PHONE YOU ARE ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES OR LONGER! BAD PLACE OF BUSINESS! 👎

It's a great place for "real" barbeque ribs and southern fried chicken. It's a small carry-out only restaurant. There may be a 5 to 10 minute wait for your order if they are busy but the food is worth the wait.. The food is consistently very good!

It's worth the wait. I'm happy to see they created a establishment that has been around for more than a decade. This is not an easy task yet I am still able to go to Open Pitt Bar-B-Que and enjoy good food. I also love seeing the people grilling out back it's great to see my food being prepared. I travel across the world on a regular basis and everywhere I go people ask about Open Pitt.

The food has been consistently good for years! They never disappoint me and I get my $ worth. The Chicken wings are crispy with ribs that are tender and even more tasty with sauce. And don't get me started with the side dishes,mac &cheese , yams, greens,fries and more! Very delicious!!!
