Arrived at the location to try their food. The "chef" was out of the kitchen for 15 minutes for an undisclosed reason. After waiting for him and having a drink, I ordered their "classic hamburger"...just mayo, lettuce, cheese, ketchup, mayo. Not exactly hard nor time consuming to make. After 20 minutes the "chef" finally arrived looking disheveled and dirty. I waited 45 minutes to receive my burger. I was ONE of THREE people in the entire bar. The bartender and cook acted like they were completely unaware I just waited a full hour for a hamburger. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never come here again.
