Chef's mom made the velvet hearty white bean soup that morning. My fresh arugula salad was dressed simply with juicy ripe tomatoes, olive oil, and black pepper. The beer was icey cold. Friendly service added warmth to the comfort. A perfect August lunch.

Rita is a great server and very friendly! Fantastic service and genuinely great food! Steak for breakfast will melt in your mouth! Very relaxed and quiet atmosphere looking over the lake and not expensive!! Parking in back during the restaurant's business hours!

Great hidden gem of a diner with a great view of the lake and even better home cooked food. It can be difficult to find since it's at the bottom of an apartment complex, but look for the little sign out front.
Came here for breakfast and was not disappointed. We got an omlet and french toast and were both satisfied. The staff were attentive and great.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious, home cooked meal.

Started going to breakfast every once in awhile at lake house and rather enjoyed it. Even took my daughter from out of town. But in the last few months the experience has not been very good. Wait people constantly trying to upsell you on silly extras or just being extremely slow. Today I met 2 friends there once again (did not want to meet there!) and we finally had to leave and go somewhere else. Believe the service is so slow and disorganized for breakfast the tables are not turned fast enough. Cannot comment on dinner service since have only gone for breakfast. Will not be returning for a long time. Maybe they will have better staff then.

We went here for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. The food was good and it was a perfect post-night out breakfast place. The only dings are that it is a little hard to find if you are unfamiliar with the area and the decor is dated. It is located on the first floor of a condo/apartment building and the signage from the parking lot can be hard to see.
It has great views though, and the staff was excellent. I would recommend to anyone in the area.
