Horrible. They triple charged me for 2 sandwiches on my credit card. The total of my order was 12.07. They charged me for a 2 egg sandwiches and a cinnamon twist that I did NOT want. IM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

Long line, poor service, and they would not honor corporate promotional coupons from Einstein Bros. Headquarters. This specific franchise is owned by "Bon Apetite" the campus catering company which owns all coffee shops in the local area, they have no competition and need not worry themselves with inconvenient unprofitable marketing strategies such as "customer service." I will purchase a coffee maker for my office and never return.
