P-poor!! Outdated material, they still talk about saving to and loading from floppy disks. A lot of the material is redundant. It is amazing that you can log-in through another window when you are already logged-in. Tests are poor because answers are not always in the text. Today, I can't log-in because the log-in page is down. Glad that Duke Energy is paying for the course. I would be real upset, if I was footing the bill. It is all about the money.

I'll echo some of the other reviews. It's too often that the questions in the test after a section sometimes don't match the material in the section. Very frustrating! Even after spending a lot of time going through one section tonight, I only got 65% on the test even though I had the section open at the same time!

Terrible UI, the customer service is unresponsive, and the lessons don't match the material given on the tests

The lessons are redundant and boring. The tests half the time don't even use the information you were given in the lesson. Overall bad service.

As far as computer based training goes, they have the format figured out and made it easy to learn.
