Went here when visiting my brother in Cleveland. The food was very good, and not expensive at all. The chicken fingers were homemade and delicious, and the chicken wing dip was SO good.

Darts, bowling, decent local beer selection. Friendly staff. Nice tunes. Walkable from downtown.

There is nothing more than I enjoy than a good, neighborhood dive bar. I read a lot of reviews giving this location extremely high reviews (shame on you Thillist). The patrons and view of the Columbus lift bridge were the ONLY positive attributes. The bartender was bored with life, the martini was .....Im not exactly sure what it was ...but not a martini. Go for the view, one beer and LEAVE. HEAD over to Townhall...everything there is spectacular.
