Customer service was not good. The girl told me several times that they dont have what I was asking for. But I know they do...I've ordered it before but bickering with me was definitely the right thing to do.
Finally-she relented after being schooled by another staff member. So then...this bakery did not have any warm chocolate chip cookies available. Why dontcha just twist the knife with that disappointment. Lol. My experience continues on with a decent attempt at bring rooked outta 1 part of my already small order. Luckily-I've been screwed in this very same way inn the pay so I check and surprisingly, i realize I'm missing a bakery item. Have no fear reader...I myself do eventually find my MIA item just sitting on a some nearby random countertop. I know, I know, or at least now I know that im supposed to go seek out all the parts of my order. Its crazy to assume your entire order is in the to-go bag they hand you. I dont know why i assumed such a crazy thing. My fault entirely.
But the management...ooooh weeee...they are something else. They did look at me. Didn't say a word...just looked at me as I asked about my missing item, irritated. Not one word. It was more than odd.
Ya know...I'm so glad i spent over 20 bucks for 4 items and this lame experience.
Oh and once I got all the way home...I was under-whelmed with a soup or rather a broth with a small dash of ingredients. I gotta go-im hungry for something decent and substantial.
Booooooo Panera...a huge failure all around!!!

Service was a bit slow. Other then that I feel like the location was easy to find. You still will need to find parking and pay. They have a pretty consistent feel with the Panera brand which is good because you know what to except. Some good advice is avoiding peak times here.

Ordered a bagel for rapid pick up today and opted to pay extra for an egg white in addition to the regular egg because I wanted more egg. I also asked them to toast the bagel rather than press it. I should have been more specific because I ended up with a toasted bagel sandwiching a cold center. They didn't even try to heat it up and I only received the one egg white. Pretty disappointed.

I like Panera just fine, but this is the worst version of this chain. How does a restaurant with the word "bread" in the name run out of bread so frequently? Actually they're out of something every single time you go there. It's ok to employ students on the customer side, but maybe they should hire a manager with more experience for better inventory management. I recommend customers go to any other Panera Bread in Cincinnati.

I like Panera, and I really enjoy the food. The reason for the low rating is because of the service. Particularly in regards to their rapid-order service. Others have already talked in their review about how overall service is highly depending upon who the people working are, which is accurate. In terms of rapid-order service, it is not so rapid and it is not so accurate. Multiple times I have ordered online. The food is usually ready a few minutes after it is supposed to be which is not a big deal. However, sometimes if they don't have the item that you requested online, they simply won't put your order out there and you'll be waiting without being told anything, or they will place your bag as if it was ready without the items they did not have. I usually just ask but it sort of defeats the purpose of rapid-order. So if you're using that service, make sure you check your order, it has happened to me multiple times that they miss more than one item in my order.
