The morning crew is excellent! Their fast and friendly. The evening crew is rude and slow.
Ok I'm changing my review as of 11/7/17... they have gotten really slow in the mornings and extremely congested. They staff are still nice but they must be short staffed because in just a month they went from fast to slow.

I like DD's. But in the morning, it gets so busy that the cars trying to get into the drive-thru block the main street (MLK blvd) and also block the cars that have parked in their parking lot. It can be a total nightmare with this congestion in the mornings. Otherwise-very good place. I enjoy their coffee and croissant egg sandwich.

Literally sat in the drive through for minutes before they asked to take my order, then when I finally got there attention and made my order she never responded but forgot to turn her headset off because I could hear their whole conversation through the speaker while the lady obnoxiously laughed into the speaker. Needless to say once the line finally started to move I drove off in a hurry to not be late to work

Nice, clean place! It took a while to get service and it looks like they need more help! The two workers were struggling to keep up with the orders....other than that, a great experience and a great place for a hot or cold drink and some ice cream😁☕🍦

The staff are nice and organized. Very busy place but the staff has a routine that get your orders out very quickly. Food is good and their lattes are the best. The only reason I didn't give it up five Stars was because of the parking lot it's so tiny and you kinda get mixed in are trapped with cars waiting in the drive thru. Very inconvenient
