I was referred to Dr. Steinbeck by my dentist (removing 4 wisdom teeth). I had the consultation with Dr. Steinbeck which went well and we scheduled the extraction...
Days before my appointment I cancelled! I was treated HORRIBLY when I called to ask a few questions before the appointment. The woman who answered the phone was extremely unpleasant, rude, and she clearly did not feel like being there or answering my questions. Not only that... but she told me that I had impacted teeth, which I dont!
I was so upset after speaking with her that I called back to speak with the office manager, and the same person picked up being even more unpleasant the 2nd time. She said the manager wasnt in so I asked when she would be... She said, "no clue she doesn't have a set schedule." So then I asked to speak with the doctor and she said that I couldn't. Frustrating. I hung up, emailed the office twice, and never heard back from ANYONE. This was 3 weeks ago...
To the person answering the phone, you seriously needs to learn some customer service skills. Absolute horrible experience and I'm writing this review in hopes it gets to the office manager or doctor, as I'm sure my many calls and emails never did.

Dr. Steinbeck and his team took care of me for wisdom teeth extraction and were extremely responsive leading up to, during, and after the procedure on any questions I had. Communication with their office is easy. Great patient service.

Surgery went very well. However, be clear that you have to pay up front and that if your insurance covers your claim, it will take a LONG time for this office to refund money due to you. Very frustrating. When we were there, another patient was going to have to pay over $1000 - she left without the surgery. I'm starting to feel that we should have done the same.

Top notch oral surgeon with extensive knowledge and a personality that makes you feel comfortable. Would recommend Dr. Steinbeck to all my friends and family.
