This office is so rude and nasty. Today OCT 31st - I called to schedule for the OR and ask some advice because my little girl was having a tooth ache. They just brushed us off with an antibiotic. When i asked if the doctor could see her before we took those measures, she said there was no need because it wasnt like we are even going to be able to do anything til next year anyway. (In a nasty tone) they were in such a hurry to get off the phone with me and i felt like they could care less about treating my child at all. It left me feeling sick to my stomach about taking my little girl here. And to be quite honest, I had a bad gut feeling the first visit in the florence office with how everything was conducted. Boy! after today im so glad i canceled and am going to a different place where they actually care about their jobs and others.

Dr. Bethiany was nice. The front desk ladies are absolutely horrible and rude. I’ve never experienced anything like it. We took our services to another dentist.

This place was awesome, loved the assistants, dentist and the receptionists, everybody here was warm and inviting, very great with kids ! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Dr. Bethiany was knowledgeable and quick
He makes the kids and parents feel like family, yet very professional at the same time. My son was a new patient. You know how hectic it can be getting everything together for an appointment. I was so prepared. I even looked up the directions from my house the day before. The problem was I looked up the directions to the wrong location; his Taylor Mill office instead of his Florence office. Good thing I was early because although they were very accommodating I made it to the right spot a few minutes late. The office members were friendly. The one thing I will say is that it takes a long time to get an appointment. He has two different locations and they are very popular. Also the receptionist could be a lot more professional and they are too quick and rude over the phone. If you can get past that, dr. Bert is great!

Dr. Bert is amazing!!! He is so good with the kids! His receptionist with black hair however is rude and short. It really should allow us to review by category. His assistant in back was also fantastic! He really just needs a new receptionist. Also it's very hard to figure out how to get to his office! That building is large and it doesn't give directions.
