Tremendous vet practice. Multiple doctors, they actually timely return calls, do follow-up calls after visits and have embraced technology for scheduling and communication. Separate dog and cat entrances. Full service center with tremendous hours to suit the schedule. What a modern practice should be like on the technical side with an extra helping of compassion and caring from the doctors and staff.

The entire staff here is so attentive, so thorough, so caring. This is what a vet visit should be! The care here is so incredible I wish they treated people too.
Drs Camarata and Larsen and the whole staff have done an incredible job treating my kitty's diabetes and have actually saved me money by teaching me how to do the glucose curve at home and helping me find insulin at a lower price. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We absolutely love West Loop Veterinary Care. We have been taking our puppy there for the past year and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the practice. The vets are fantastic, they really care about their patients, are exceptionally friendly, and always engage us in conversation about our pup, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns. The staff is also just wonderful. They are very responsive both by email and phone. We have never had a problem getting an appointment and think their services are appropriately priced. The clinic is spotless, well-organized, and efficient. We have recommended West Loop Veterinary Care to many friends and will continue to do so!

This team cares for my guy like he is one of their own family. Excellent service from the minute you walk in the door. Keep to their schedule (important!). And ease a worried parent's mind. Highly recommend any Vet there. And despite the location, reserved parking right in front.

I'm a new pet owner and brought my puppy to West Loop Vet Care. They have been so helpful in navigating life as a new puppy parent. Not only have they been helpful during my appointments, but they've also answered my questions promptly via phone and email. The doctors and staff are approachable and knowledgeable and truly exude a love for my pet. I would recommend West Loop Vet Care to anyone. One note - leave time to find parking in case free spots out front are taken.
