The parking lot is monitored by paid parking monitors to make sure you ONLY shop at the stores immediately around the lot. This would be reasonable if they didn't try towing your car the minutes you walk across the street to visit another local shop. Despite a considerable purchase at PetSmart, I returned form a 15 minute visit to merchant a block up to see my car being prepared to be towed because I didn't move it a block up to continue my shopping.

Great selection of dog necessities and the onsite grooming is a huge benefit. We regularly take our dog for a haircut and shampoo and they do great work. The onsite vet, Banfield, is also convenient but you definitely pay for that convenience

I'm appalled by how rude the manager, Kurt, was on the phone today. My wife's car just got towed after leaving this parking lot for under an hour to run a few errands. When I called the store to inquire, Kurt became extremely defensive and started making rude remarks to me.
Long story short, the manager was so rude and defensive on the phone. While getting towed was frustrating, the Manager's unsympathetic, demeaning and rude response was inexcusable.
Petsmart lost long-time customers today.

Love this grooming salon! They're so friendly, I always bring my dog here. Great selection of toys and treats, too!

I love this PetSmart to get my dog groomed. The groomers are friendly and they seem to take appointments with in other appointments. They are way friendlier than the Elston location
