Horrible experience. They advertise half off on parking but when we arrived we were told they don't provide a discount. No one from management has yet to return our call. The room is dirty, mold in the shower and dirty blankets. There is no shade in one of the bedroom windows. We have complained and are going on our third day and no one has come to install one. Overall the place is run down, the staff onsite is rude and unhelpful and no one from management will return our calls.
Forgot to mention, the wifi is very unreliable.

Hello everyone! :) I am so happy I found spsuites! My fiancee and I had both our families over, but our one bedroom apartment in Lincoln Square is just too small five extra guests. So we decided to find a nice place for them. We found a two bedroom apartment, with w/d in unit, fully equipped kitchen, spacious and only 10 minutes driving from where we live. It was a great choice. Super convenient if you what to see downtown. Blue line is right there, so you don't have to worry about the parking at all. A cheap grocery store just down the street and nice restaurants in the Logan Square area. It's worth every penny. Plus, the guys working there are super nice and helpful.

Windy City is amazing!
My wife and I decided to go to a different state each year. This year we spent one week in Chicago. We have some friends that live in the suburbs but because we wanted to explore the Downtown area without having to commute every morning, we decided to rent a place as close as our budget would let us. Boy we made the right choice! We stayed in the Loop (great green building) with nice amenities, friendly people and the agent from Spsuites assisted us all along. Everything was so easy, from booking to checkout. The apartment was really clean, white fluffy towels, fresh linens. The kitchen well equipped and my wife even cooked her famous lasagna one evening. Over all, we had the most amazing time so we think about returning next year. If we do, we'll definitely use the same company. you guys are great!

We used Sp suites while we visited our friends in Chicago the 4th of July weekend. The location is great (everything is walking distance), the Millennium park is close, all stores and shops are in the area. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed and the booking procedure was really smooth. The agent that helped us answered every question and made it really easy for us. Renting an apartment is better than a hotel room in so many ways! We had an equipped kitchen and enough space in the living room to have our friends over one evening for a glass of wine. Not something you can indulge in if you are in a hotel room. So, yes, I totally recommend Sp Suites if you are planning on spending a few days or weeks in the Windy City.
