The agents will scam your money. We booked a tour for Asia (Malaysia and Bali) and got terrible hotels for the price we paid (we paid extra for 5 star). The tour guides, aside from the one from Bali, were unprofessional and impatient. We were so disappointed and even called their office but got no response. This agent will only give you cheaper quality packages to put extra money in their own pockets!!
