What a wonderful tour! Judy was great and very knowledgeable. Freddy was amazing too and so helpful as we were getting to the storefront. And Steve, what can I say about Steve? He's high energy and looking to give customers a great experience. This tour shop is the only one I found that would take bigger guys. I am 300 lbs and most tour shops limit to 250. My family of 5 loved this and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Lots of fun and great tour guides. First time on a Segway. What I learned - you are standing the entire time and it is harder to take pictures (but not impossible), but it sure beats a two to three hour walking tour and you get to see so much more from places you can't see from a bus.

What an extraordinary family excursion! Freddy was an outrageously knowledgeable guide and simply a fabulous human. Our family of 5 was joy filled from beginning to end. Ranks at the top of our all-time fave activities in Chicago!

Riding with Steve's Segway is such incredible fun!!! Judy, our tour guide, was wonderful. This was our first experience riding Segways; my husband, 14 yo daughter and I were smiling and laughing the entire time - from the beginning point where we learned how to safely operate the high-quality machines to the fabulous freedom of traveling great distances and seeing the amazing sights along the Lakeshore Tour - we were energized! And it was so easy to learn. Steve's team took the time to show us how to safely ride the Segway, first in 'turtle mode' and then regular mode...wow, amazing how quickly those cross-country wheels became a natural extension, intuitively easy - and so much fun! Loved Buckingham Fountain, enjoyed a break for a delicious Chicago dog, cruised along the Riverwalk, glided through Millennium Park, zipped and zagged around Field Museum all the way to the Adler Planetarium and Soldier's Field with stops for photos along the way...riding with Steve's Segway was an exhilarating, free-flying, absolutely top-notch experience - 5 STARS, I can't say enough good things, just try it - I highly recommend Steve's Segway Tours!
