Five stars just to help counteract the obnoxious bachelorette party 1 star reviews.
We've all run into these kind of clowns out on the town. I can't imagine having to deal with them as a business owner.
Deana is obviously an unreasonable "let me speak to the manager!" type brat used to complaining to corporate hotlines.

We did the bus tour. Not the best tour ever, but it was a decent time. Until the last stop at the hotel, where they say you'll have time to have a drink. They ask you to tell them if you want to stay so they don't spend time looking for you before they leave. I guess nobody wanted to stay, because in the matter of 10-15 minutes the bus left with no warning. I tried calling the phone number with no answer and left a voicemail. Didn't hear anything back and still haven't. So being stuck somewhere in Chicago we called for a taxi to take us home.

I hardly write reviews but I'm writing one because I went on the tour with Deana and I would like to respond to Ursula's comments. If I could give no stars, I would based on the communication that has transpired. We booked the tour in advance to surprise our friend for her bachelorette party. It was our first time in Chicago and the ghost tour was just one of the many activities we had planned. The day before the tour (a Friday) Ursula texted and said that the bus time had been changed to an hour earlier. It was difficult for us to change our plans (the day before) for Saturday as we had lots of other things planned for the bride to be, but we managed to do it. Ursula OFFERED and PROMISED us a refund anyway (even though we didn't cancel) as per the below correspondence and told us not to tell her ex (who gave the tour btw, which wasn't anything special, and hardly talked about HH Holmes!). We thought that was really nice of her to do considering it was tricky to change our itinerary last minute. However, when we got home and tried to ask several times when we would receive the refund, we got no answer. Really poor communication skills! Finally Deana posted the review and Ursula sent her nasty text messages that were completely rude and unprofessional. She even LIED and told us that she sent us the refund which she did not! We have yet to receive our money or any proof of the transfer of the refund. Please do not book this tour! Check Yelp first too--looks like this isn't the first time.

We booked a tour for 6 3 months in advance since we're from out of town and were on a special trip together. The day before we receive a text saying we have to change our tour time which interfered with the rest of our schedule. We were able to rearrange some of our schedule and were promised a refund of our money for the inconvenience. After contacting Ursula a number of times via email, text message, and social media and 3 weeks later we still have not received our refund and have not received a response either. This is a sham and a complete waste of time and money. Unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
Update: 6/9/17 - Still have not received a refund - I'm not sure WHO was refunded but it was not my group.
