Staffs are very friendly and place is pretty clean as well.
They have accommodation, cultural (music, food,etc), sports, park...different sections for the visitors to look at.
This place is right by the water work...so You can see inside of the water work when you visit this place.
Also, Chicago public library is right in there, go check it out for discounted musical tickets as well.

Great place for visitors to get information of course...but a little known fact is that a conviently-located branch of the Chicago Public Library also exists in this spot! It's an "express" branch, which provides internet access and a space to pick up patron holds which were requested online, and allows you to easily return materials if you are in the area.
