I use to go to Bobby who was so amazing. She knew how to shape your brows. Your not going to pay $25 (including tip) just for brows... and now that Bobby went back to school Tilly is taking all her clients. Tilly is horrible with a bad attitude. It takes me ages to grow mine out & she hacked them to pieces while managing to be rude about it. I told the manager and although saved the $20 -- I will never go to Tilly again and I was forced to buy anastasia's brow enhancing serum for $36 at nordstroms. Thanks a lot!
