Horrible customer service! I had an appointment for 11:30 and when I walked in I saw 7 or 8 more people waiting in line. They told me that I'll have to wait just like everybody else. I just walked away. Definitely not coming back there!

I went here to get my first massage-- it was a few weeks before finals and I was stressed.
I looked up their prices online and booked a regular Swedish massage. Everyone there was nice-- but the massage didn't seem to fully unknot my back and the creams she used made me feel a little sticky for the rest of the day. When she came into the room she confirmed for me that I was going to get a regular swedish massage (the price for a deep tissue was more). During the massage she asked if I wanted her to focus on a certain area, and I told her I had a knot in my shoulder muscles. She did work a little bit more on that area (but not very deeply) but I still didn't feel relaxed when it was done.
Plus, when I went to pay at the end, the owner asked me what kind of massage I had-- I said a regular massage. The masseuse, however, contradicted me and said it was a deep tissue (which it definitely was not!)-- So they charged me more.
It is really unfair to suddenly tell the client they gave you a different, more expensive service than the one that was booked. If giving my shoulder a little extra attention during my session would cost more, she should have brought that up before she did it. Not to mention that the actual massage wasn't really that good anyway.
The sad thing is that I've had great manicures and pedicures here before-- but after this, I won't be going back.

Great salon tucked in the west side of Ukrainian village. Europian quality of service with high professionalizm and reasonable prices.
I drive all the way from Irving Park area, as we do not ahvething close to what they offer. Unfortunately.
Try them out. You will not regret. Their manicures are the best. Their facials are the best. Their attitude is excellent!

I was initially a little worried because the woman cutting my hair did not speak english and so there was a middle-person translating what I wanted. I love my haircut and will go there again and again - super decent price too.
