Schwa serves a variety of inventive dishes and flavors, at The intersection of the familiar and unknown. Every course included something I've had many times over, but all were served with a new spin on flavors that I've never tried combined. And while this is fine dining, at its finest, they have a great byob policy that keeps cost dish and lets you pick wine or beer that you'll enjoy. Do the right thing, and bring some extra for the chefs.

Absolutely loved everything from the relaxed environment to the amazing staff and of course every part of the meal. Everything was impeccable and I cannot thank them enough for making accommodations for my dietary restrictions due to chemo. Hands down the best dining experience I've had in a very, very long time.

Interesting and enjoyable, flavorful food served by down-to-earth chef-servers in a David Lynch-like dining space. The outside does not look like somewhere you'd spend $120-150 per person. The bad part was the music which took away greatly from the atmosphere and food. It was loud, trashy junk culture gangsta rap - this, in an effort by the staff to be too cool for school. I rather doubt any of the other diners truly enjoyed that. It really just ruined conversation and the experience of enjoying and savoring the food - too bad. For that reason alone, I would not return. You really need to hit on all pistons for that price.

A bizarre, but amazing culinary experience. Our first course wasn't food, but rather a cocktail. You were supposed to smell the provided air fresheners while drinking it. This course kind of sums up the place. It's different. But awesome.
