No matter how good the food was, the service was absolute BS. We had this fat lady with glasses as a waitress and she was a completely clueless airhead. To start off, I had two friends with me, so we were expecting three menus (one for the each of us), but she only gave us one, and it took her an entire half an hour to understand that we wanted more menus, like she didn't know what menus were!!! After that, we took an entire forty minutes pointing out the food that we needed, because apparently, either she didn't know what this restaurant even had on the menu, or she didn't know English. After what felt like eternity, when the food was finally ordered and eaten, we asked for napkins. Here comes the worst part: SHE NODDED AND THEN RUSHED AND GOT US THE BILL FOR THE FOOD, WITHOUT ANY NAPKINS, WHATSOEVER!!! I was absolutely disgusted! Fire her, please!!!

Chi cafe is the best Chinese food I've ever had and I'm definitely not just saying that! After I had chi cafe i never wanted another Chinese resterant but theirs. The food is so good everything I've tried from here I've loved. The fried rice, low mein, crab Rangoon, sizzling beef, even fish which I never get. They have so many choices and it's very modern and clean inside. Love it!

Service was pretty poor. We were seated and nobody came by to take our food or drink order for about 15-20 minutes. Almost left. Food was good and have no other complaints. Once we placed the order, food was quick to arrive!

It's not excessively fancy, but it is a good convenient place to go. The decor is chic, service can be a little slow (if you don't know them), but food generally is good. I really enjoyed the eggplant. And the hours! You just can't beat em.
