The steak burrito is amazing full of seasoned grilled steak to perfection! I learned about this place from watching Chicago's best and so far it's definitely the best!

This is cute little hole in the wall kind of place! The burritos are HUGE and packed with delicious flavors. The tequila lime sauce is a tad sweet for me, but it’s a great little Mexican place! Saw them on Chicago’s Best and had to go!

Some of the best tacos i have had in my life. Every time I eat there they always taste amazing. Some places only taste great when there's a rush but no matter what time of day or day of the week you decide to grab a bite to eat at Carbon it will taste just as good as the last time. The steak tacos, guacamole, corn chips, hot salsa, and elote are my personal favorites.
The restaurant itself is not impressive, feels stuffy and very tight inside. During warm weather you can sit outside on the patio, which is less claustrophobic than the inside. Its much cleaner than a lot of other taquerias I've come across but regardless of the interior I would highly recommend it for the excellent, always fresh, food.
