It says "Describe your experience". But I have no experience - these gardens are not open to the public. Why is that? What's the point if people can't use them? Are they only for the special people?

Brilliant idea that has actually helped save on energy costs for buildings because it insulates the Building from excessive Heat in the summer and Freezing temperature in the winter that a traditional black tar roof absorbs.
