Bad terrible sound with live performance, the guy in charge of the sound console checking his phone and taking selfies him self, he shoud be fired and instead El Volkan put some one professional, I've never go back again!!!

If I could them negative stars I would. We arrived in a group of 20 after verifying THREE times that the people under 21 could get in. We spent $700 on transportation to her here and over an hour of our time getting here. Just to be stuck outside until our pick up to me(4am) I asked to speak to a manager and they just kept ignoring me. The most unprofessional dance esstablishment I have ever been to. We also discovered there was people under 21 already inside the club.
I ignored the low star rating hoping id have a better experience but no. I highly encourage no one to ever come to this place.

I went there last night for the first time & I had a lot of fun ofcourse. BUT I'm only giving 2 stars because there service SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS! VIP was cheap compared to other clubs but even their VIP sucks. Lady in the bathroom was completely RUDE and told me to move from a dirty ass chair cause I tried fixing my heel and looked at me like a dirty homeless that couldn't sit in that chair for 2 secs lol securities in the entrance wouldn't let my friend who was celebrating her 21st bday drink Bc she had to wait till her bday to be over to drink which DOESNT make sense. Lmao we literally had to take that to a manager so she could drink. Place was a fun environment other than their service that's super shittyyyy. Hire people that look like they love their job and will make people wanna come back! No wonder you got such bad reviews!!!! And btw customers that waste money like we did should always get treated well for the money we make you. I will never return there.

We went there to dance tropical music because they advertised that there will be 2 areas for dancing, usually one of them is more tropical music, we were there for an hour an a half and nothing, so I asked the person at the door it was almost midnight, and he said that it will open IF the place got packed, "but is likely that we'll open it after midnight" so waited till 12:30 and decided to leave... We went to Transit Night Club SO MUCH BETTER!!!
So, to the people from Volkan, if they're going to advertise "2 dance rooms" then make sure you have 2 freaking rooms open!!!
