If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
The room was a bit on the small side, but comfortable none the less. I asked concierge about where to get late night food and he referred me to the front desk which seemed odd to me. The elevators are tiny. If you need a luggage cart to bring in your bags, a bell hop will have to take the cart to your room using a different elevator. Overall we were pleased with our experience.

Kaytlin is the most Awesome Person working at this Hotel.
She turned a very horrible mistake made by me into one of the most Humanitarian experiences that i have encountered in such a very long time. She made my heart feel that there really are Angels on Earth.
GOD bless her and all that she does to provide that level of Customer Service! !!!!!!

Older hotel, showing its age if you look closely. Fortunately, most of us don't. The rooms have been nicely updated and are very quiet. The staff are exactly what you want in an upscale hotel downtown, friendly, professional and helpful. Bedding is good. If you need firm pillows ask at check-in. Elevators are small by modern standards (fortunately there are three) but pretty fast. I will go back if I am in Chicago again.

My friend and I stayed at the Millennium Knickerbocker in Chicago in August. The hotel was nice, staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The room was small but it was perfect for 2 people to stay. The shower was really nice. The beds were comfy. I liked the location and being close to downtown Chicago. It was a quick Lyft or walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The only negative was the smell of paint as they were doing some remodeling during our stay but other than that I enjoyed the hotel stay. Definitely a place I would stay again.
