Wonderful group of people. They made my wife's special day off away from kids as stress free as it could possibly be. Jen and team gave me suggestions on which services would be best and had a great day planned out. Thank you all so much.

I go to Natural Body on a regular basis and have had the best massages ever. I have been to several spas around the U.S. and this is by far my favorite. When calling ask for deep and you will get very strong therapists that care about your well-being. Great products too!

A week before, I went to purchase my girlfriend and her mother manicure/pedicure packages for Mother's Day. I was told that no one was scheduled to work that day, but if something came up, we would be called to confirm. We remained hopeful, but didn't expect much. As the week went on, we heard nothing, so we lost hope. As a last attempt, my girlfriend called early morning on Mother's Day. The answer she received, "We're all booked, sorry."

1. Why were we not called like we were told? Was it because they already knew they were booked and they were afraid they would lose the gift card purchase if they told us that? Or are they just that unorganized? For something as big as Mother's Day, surely they should have worked out a system if they didn't already have one.

2. Even if there was a wait time, why were we not told about it ahead of time? Again, was it to give us hope so that we would go ahead and make the purchase instead of back out?

The bottom-line is that there is no reason why things should have worked out the way they did. We did not even get a phone call to let us know they were fully booked. We were just made to assume that if things worked out, they would do it all on their end.

I contacted management under their website information and have yet to receive a reply or an apology. This is highly unacceptable. I have been going there for years, purchasing many of their packages worth hundreds of dollars each. I never ran into problems, but that's because I make the gift card purchases as gifts to my family/friends. Perhaps they ran into trouble and just never informed me; I don't know. I merely went inside, made my purchase, and went on my way. Never did I imagine that when I needed something from the business personally and directly, this would happen. Now I regret every $1 I ever spent there, and I write this in hopes that no one else makes the same mistake.
