This is a good place to eat they changed Cooks foods not as good as it once was to but it still good, and the staff has been courteous. New cooks .food has gotten better

9:30 p.m. Monday night just a tired hungry truck driver went in to get a simple order of biscuit and gravy. Ask the server to make sure that it was warm and she said she would but I wasn't impressed with her attitude. Five minutes later she come back with one biscuit and a little gravy that was ice cold I'm talking like right out of the refrigerator. My wife called her over and I told her it was cold. She sent it back to the Cook 5 minutes later it come back just a tad warmer than ice cold. Waiting for 5 minutes for her to turn around and asked me if everything was okay which she did not do. Finally tried to get her attention and tried to explain to her this was still cold only this time she had a little bit of an attitude which in return gave me an attitude and ask her how hard is it when we're the only one sitting in here to get a hot biscuit and gravy. Told her to never mind because she obviously didn't seem to care she told me as I was leaving if I want it my way maybe I should go to Burger King. Unbelievable

Walked into Tracks End restaurant today at approximately 1:05. Sat down at counter, had my drink order taken. Nothing else till 1:21pm. I don't know why but service in this place has gone to hell. Probably not coming back. This place use to be a good place to come. Not anymore.
Update: 7/14/17.... after discussing with manager the issue will be taken care of. The waitresses that normally work days Autumn and Paula have always done exceptionally well, regardless of how busy the diner was.

I work 3rd shift and this place is close to my job so I visit very often. Workers are very nice and their service is great! The food is the best part, always hot and fresh and the portion size vs price ratio is unbeatable. I highly recommend.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The service is good, the environment is good, the food is EXCELLENT, the plates are LOADED with GREAT food and the prices are VERY VERY reasonable! This place is actually a private motel ( railroad employees only) with an attached restaurant mainly for the railroad and railroad crew workers but the restaurant is open to the public! Great place to eat and the environment has the feel of a Waffle House or Huddle House. You will enjoy your meal and the environment! Enjoy!!!
