The service was great but my bbq hotdog didn't taste like it was worth $4.50. The meat and cole slaw was dry the bbq sauce is on the tangy side (not my favorite) and to top it off the actually hotdog tasted so cheap. I'll stick to sunset bbq from here on.

Freshly smoked pork or beef rib, chopped and topped with slaw and home made sauce. 30+ years in service and hands down the best barbque I've ever eaten!!

Great food. Cash gem. Super nice owners. Went out of their way to accommodate kids orders and to check on us as we sat outside enjoying. Everything spectacular. Do not miss.

We were in the area and wanted to try some real Tennessee BBQ, Did some checking around on my device and everything kept pointing Old Plantation BBQ.
It's in the hood which made it even more credible. Typical hole in the wall shack. And I do mean a little shack almost lol. Standing room only. You can smell those ribs from the street. The ladies inside bring that southern black hospitality with a little "What you want baby" So be sure to let them know if this is your first time.
I asked a couple of people before I went in and they gave me a little history of coming here when they were a kid. This place has been here for like 30 years.
There ribs were seasoned and tender, southern Tennessee BBQ style the sauces definitely were hitting. I am more of a meat man leave the sauce on the side. Beans were good, potatoes salad good. This was some lip smacking BBQ!!! Way better than Northern GA where you can't find real BBQ!!!
I would highly recommend this place if you're in the Chattanooga TN area.
Next is Memphis!!!!
