My first time at a Jack's. I guess I was expecting something like Zaxbys, but was disappointed. Typical fast food place. Servers forgot to give me salad dressing with the salad...I had to ask for that. Meat pattie provided for the chicken fried pattie was very small... something they would put on a sandwich. Very disappointed.

This was my first visit to Jack's. I loved the food and the prices! Great staff! Very friendly and helpful! Restaurant was very nice and clean!

First visit here. On the road to Florida. Stopped here for breakfast. Excellent store-made biscuits, fluffy and flavorful. Had the smoked sausage with egg and cheese. Made to order and excellent. Friendly, helpful and prompt service.

Jack's is a childhood favorite that has only ever improved with time. In 40 years I've never seen one dirty. I've never gotten bad food. I've never had an order be wrong unless it was fixed before I got out the door. Everything tastes great, always. Old fashioned shakes. Healthy side. We travel to other states and across the diagonal of this one JUST to go to Jack's.

Admittedly we only went into Jacks after being ignored by another restaurant down the road, but I sure am glad I did. We rarely eat fast food so despite living here for years I had never tried it. Since the end of KFT's here in Chattanooga (RIP) there has been a chicken tender-sized hole left behind that I had forgotten about until now. We walked in and we're immediately greeted by two employees. I barely expect this in the middle of the day, but this was 30 minutes before they closed which surprised me. As we were ordering a manager overheard our order and called it back to the kitchen, meaning despite the 10 minute wait we were quoted we had a box of fresh tenders on our table in less time than it took for the other restaurant to even realize we were there. Employees were very nice, the place was clean, well lit, fully stocked, and I couldn't be happier with the quality service and food we received. Between hot tenders and hand-dipped ice cream Jacks is worth a try.
