Every time my children go to the dentist I receive a letter stating I need to show proof that one of the 3 children's had no other insurance. After Each dental visit the letter refers to a different child. I'm told it's fixed I will have no other problems then once again another letter. This has been going on for a year now. These people are not very intelligent.

Terrible service - I would not tell one of my patients to EVER get Cigna Insurance. They do not pay your claims correctly, nor do they help you out when you are trying to get claims paid CORRECTLY for your patient. I have had the run around in correcting a large issue with numerous patients for over 3 months now. Not only will they not fix it after they claim that they will - they will not let me speak with someone from the US - I keep getting sent over seas and then they claim they do not have a number for the united state processing department so that I can get the mattered straightened. Joseph - Badge ID # M90422 was awful - his customer service skills were unacceptable and he should not have a job. I would suggest you keep your employees in the UNITED STATES since that is where you clients are.
