I really wish I could give them a 0! They were one of the biggest mishaps and frustrations of my wedding day! They were 45 mins late to pick up the bride (me) and my bridal party, that resulted in them not being able to drive us to the ceremony!!! Do yourself a favor and do NOT book this company for anything! Very unreliable!
**Update: This company also blatantly lied to us-they originally told us we would get 40% of our money due to their error. They then retracted that saying they would only give us our money if I removed my honest review on Facebook. Sorry, I'm keeping my original, true review! Please don't book them!! It's sad when people try to buy you off! I will be filing a Better Business Bureau report.

The bus driver was tailgating cars with the roads being wet from a storm that had just came through and then started bright lighting a car in front of them because it wouldn't go past the speed limit then started blowing it's horn....the other car flipped the bird to the driver after being put in a dangerous situation which wasn't right but the bus driver deserved it.....I hope to god there were no passengers on that bus because that was very dangerous and could have caused an accident or worse....if I knew the proper people to contact would do something about it I would report them...all I could do was call the police about the wreck less driving

Bus was 2 hours late and nobody bothered to inform any of us passengers? Go to hell Trolley Co. The bus to take you there will actually be on time.
