I've been coming to Pure Relax for the past 5 years, and haven't gone anywhere else since. The staff is extremely knowledgable when it comes to relieving stress and knots through massage. Foot reflexology is also quite relaxing and relieving.

Very, very knowledgeable and effective treatments. I had an amazing experience with sore muscles and pulled muscles. The massage therapy totally relieved the problems. Karen and her great staff were awesome! They are the best!

I had been traveling all week lifting a lot of heavy luggage and doing a lot of driving. I had such severe tightness and pain in my neck and shoulders i couldn't sleep. As soon as I landed back in Charlotte I found Pure Relax online and was able to get an appt within the hour on a Sunday evening. I can't tell you what an amazing job Lilly did to relieve the tension and tightness! I get massages quite often and I was truly impressed with the quality of this massage. I will definitely be back!!!

Highly recommended - Must try - One of the best massages I've ever had in Charlotte. My favorite: Lucy - She has amazing skills. This is a traditional Asian/Chinese deep tissue massage - Not a soft massage you get from some generic membership place :) - I did a combo 60min back massage and 30min foot reflexology massage. It was amazing, attention to detail, trying to untie the knots when you don't even tell them where they are & on top of that hot stones at the end - Very relaxed .. that's how great it is. I recommend their services for sure. I'm a client for life :) - Thank you so much Pure Relax
