I filled out an online contact form detailing my unique situation. Several minutes after submitting this form, I received a call where the agent was very willing to provide as much information as he could, noting that he could only provide information based on his own personal experience with getting his passport renewed since passport renewal wasn't a service that the travel agency offered.

Everyone is really knowledgeable and nice except for one lady. She is very rude and has a really bad attitude every time I go there.

En esta agencia, no les importa el servicio de atención al cliente - para nada! No compres tu boleto de esta agencia.
This agency does not care about customer service. Do not buy your ticket from this agency. A customer specified a departure date but the agency booked for a different date and now the customer will have to miss his mother's funeral due to the incompetence of Viajes Latinos.
