The room was nice but there was no mini fridge and the TV isn't capable of connecting to WiFi. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a nice setup. The only thing that really annoyed me was the AC taking a while to cool down the room during the day. All in all it was a great room for a two night stay.

The location is great. My room was on the 14th floor with a great view of the city. My only complaints would be that I had a balcony that I couldn't access because the door was broken, and because of the balcony and lack of insulation I suppose, the street below could get a little noisy at times. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

If you have a certain level of status with SPG, you have access not only to the club lounge at the Sheraton but also to the Le Meridian next door. The downstairs bar and restaurant has a nice space and good food. The gym was nicer than a lot of hotel gyms I've seen, with some extra space and a very nice pool. Service was amazing. Front desk staff is extremely nice and accommodating.

I was very impressed. The room was spacious for me, but it might have been tight if the whole family of four was here. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the view from the room was amazing. I didn't eat here or use the pool so I can't speak to either of those. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time at this hotel. I normally enjoy everything. The staff was very respectable and nice. The hotel is in a great area. My issue with this trip was the room the I was place placed in wasn't cleaned properly. There was a sock still in the floor and toiletries from the last guest still in the bathroom.
