While waiting for our table we decided to grab a drink at the bar. We saw not one but two ROACHES scurry across the bar top. We notified the bar lead as well as the manager. They were nice and bought our round of drinks at the bar and offered a free dessert. But that was it and it seemed like I had to haggle with the manager just to get that.( the manager on duty couldn't even make that decision he had to call the GM and ask what to do) While I was talking to the manager he proceeed to tell me he has seen them too. Why would
Tell a customer that there a more critters than what they saw? I have worked in the restaurant industry in the past for 7 years and I have NEVER seen a roach in a restaurant or seen a staff handle the situation that way. I only stayed for the bottomless mimosas Bc I was celebrating my birthday. The dessert was nasty. The server was nice

I guess the menu changed from the photos and comments from people because none of the items on review pictures are part of the menu now. Food was good and service was also good although food took quite a while to come out compared to appetizers. Had the meat bologonesse and it was good and ok on portion size. Order a brown sugar brown cow ale that was part of the draft menu and it came in a bottle so of course didn't taste like the draft version. Also noticed it was clearly empty and not many people eating, which usually indicates a negative change somewhere compared to the reviews.

Chef and cook staff clearly didn't know or understand their gluten free menu. Make sure your wait staff is watching what they are doing as it pertains to the GF orders. When food was finally figured out it was good.

We booked Vivace for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner. I have to say that Scott and Josh were absolutely great to work with. They were so responsive Blythe and the rest of the staff were wonderful the night of the event. The service was so attentive and the room (the Mezzanine) was perfect for our needs. The food was plentiful and delicious. I especially enjoyed the meatball appetizers and the house salad, the veal and the tiramisu! The view that night from the Mezzanine was superb. Our guests enjoyed the wine and especially the local brews. We had 66 to dinner and we were all comfortable. A heavy curtain shielded our party from the room below and them from us, so we could make our presentations without interrupting the other diners. The room was beautiful and the everyone was helpful, kind and hospitable. It was truly a special evening and we all highly recommend Vivace for your next group event!
