This is my favorite restaurant of all time. I come here for my birthday every year. The vodka pasta is to die for. The family portions make splitting among my family easy and affordable. Mama Ricotta's is a must try restaurant for everyone in Charlotte.

We had a very nice dining experience here. Food was delicious and plentiful. I had the lasagna and my partner who is a vegetarian had the pasta with truffles and we shared the bread pudding for dessert. We we’re both very happy with our meals and stuffed. Our waitress, Shonda was wonderful. She was professional, courteous, helpful and funny. She made a ordinary night out into a memorable experience. The only disappointment was the lack of real Italian coffee/ espresso. They only offer filtered coffee.
