Hey Dunkin’ Donuts, Trinity your counter person does not represent you well.
If looks could kill.....Or tone of voice, lack of smile..... we’re good thing, Then you should leave her at the counter servicing customers but other than that you would be well served in moving her into the back.
The food at Dunkin’ Donuts is always good but man oh man customer service is dead at this location as long as you keep her upfront

Great place to get a donut. Service was fast and very nice. I recommend coming here to get your donut or coffee fix.

Nice spot to take a break. And see little kids be totally disrespectful to their parents. You might think in talking about white people, but not this time. I sat there for and hour and out of all the parents and kids that came through, it was the one India family that came in and the little boy was disrespectful by talking back to the grown male with him. Don't want to assume that's his father. But that was not a bad one. It was the Mexican family that went over the top. This little boy went to throwing stuff on the floor and there was no male with them. It got so crazy that the mother, I asked, was about to place hands on him that's when I intervene. Told tho little boy that if he did not want mommy to get him then he needs to be good and pick up the mess he made. Surprisingly he did what I asked. The mother smiled at me and he was just a kid after that.

Definitely one of my stops when heading uptown Charlotte. Very quick service, plenty of seating inside for quick business meetings if needed, and not too noisy. Busy location but they're quick and efficient.

Donuts are always a good treat when your tummy is craving for something real sweet. My favorite is the lemon filled and always a bite on a sweet, sweet glazed. You know Dunkin Donuts sell all kind of good treats so go visit and indulge yourselves. This is a very good place to get a sweet treat!!!!!!
