I have been here for multiple special occasions booking through Open Table. It has always been a top notch experience from the moment the valet opened our doors for us up until the end. The popover's they give you instead of regular bread are so good and fluffy. The ribeye steak is amazing and all the sides are really good. I don't think I have ever ordered anything I did not like from here and I have never had a bad customer service experience ever. On Mother's Day it actually was not crowded at all for Brunch and we really enjoyed that. This place has class and style.

Excellent experience. The service is outstanding. The food is among the best I have ever had. My husband and I had tuna tartar for an appetizer, I had the salmon with hen of the woods as a side, my husband had lamb with ricotta gnocchi and bacon corn salad. The popovers were awesome, as well as the grilled bacon. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special meal!

Follow-up to the review below... Following my initial review, Scott, the GM at BLT Steak, contacted me. He was very professional and took full responsibility for our horrible first time at BLT. He admitted that it was a transitional time for them and wanted to make it up to me, my wife, and our two close friends. When we arrived, we were greeted by the hostess who took us right to our table. We were then greeted by the manager on duty, Sebastian, who took great care of us all evening. Scott, the GM, even came by to see us, right after his round of golf. He just wanted to check in and make sure all was going well. The bottom line is the food was unbelievable, the service was spectacular, our overall experience was perfect. They really have it together, complete 180 from our first experience. BLT Steak is back on the list of best restaurants in Charlotte. If you haven't been, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
Initial Review: The absolute worst brunch we have ever had! It was us and two other tables, I asked for syrup for my French toast, the sever looks at me and says, “give me a second, I am very busy!!!” Not to mention the food came out cold, I asked for a screwdriver and the same server said “I can’t find the vodka, what else do you want?!?” Horrible experience, the Ritz should be embarrassed for associating themselves with BLT Steak.

I have a favorite restaurant. It is BLT Steak. My husband and I celebrated my birthday last night. Food was phenomenal, service was outstanding! Loved our servers Cugo and Gordon. Thank you!!
