Amazing customer service! After trying FOUR other framers, none of whom could cut a piece of glass for an oval frame (so frustrating)! - the owner dropped what she was doing on the spot, cut the glass and reframed my piece in no time! Prices are reasonable overall too. Couldn't believe she only charged me $6.50!

Having just visited a national chain leaving without the matte needed for our print, I remembered Frame Up.
Denise was helpful and immediately custom cut what matte we needed, that the chain wanted two weeks to produce. Total for the matte was 1/2 the price from the chain store. There is no better example than this to measure our satisfaction. We were elated and were completely satisfied wth our experience.

My husband and I just moved here a few months ago and the movers had attached tape to some of our paintings. We were very upset and also did not know who to go to for repair. I found Frame Up online and my husband took in a couple of the paintings to have the tape residue removed. They were wonderful, removed all the residue, and then did not charge us! Thank you Frame Up and I know we will be coming back for framing. I will be referring you to anyone I know that needs framing or repair.
