I don’t live very close to firehouse and I really go out of my way when I want it. Stopped by this afternoon and was so disappointed with the customer service I’m not sure I’ll return. I had ordered to eat in and was then argued with by the employees who were making the sandwiches that I opted for take out. Not that that’s that big of a deal, but it’s not too much effort to make your guests feel welcome. Also forgot my pickle which was one of the reasons I went in the first place.
I would probably understand if I had been a difficult customer but I ordered one thing on the menu without any modifications. I hope management notices that customer service is a key ingredient to a successful business and their tune changes.

BUYER BEWARE:
We have then patronizing firehouse subs over many different locations for a decade. We love the sub options and kids menus.
My family and I came to this location tonight to have dinner and were shocked when all of the prices for their items were ringing up as more expensive than as advertised. All of the kids meals were around 18% more than any advertised price. When I asked the clerk about the price discrepancy they simply stated that they can't do anything about it and are forced to follow the prices that are in the computer.
We decided to leave and go down the street for a burger. I would rather patronize an honest business rather than one that tries to scam extra money off of the top through false advertising.

Store is very clean and employees very friendly and helpful. Sandwich was very disappointing. Ordered the medium New York Streamer and it was very small, length and width, the meat tasted like chewy sliced hot dogs. We had been driving for ten hours and hoping a sub would kind of fill us up. It did not. I was curious about Firehouse as I had seen the ads and it looked good. I won't ever be getting another one of their sandwiches.
