In March 2017 Young lady that works at this location has an nasty attitude horrible customer service, cursing out loud telling me can you please move to the side with an attitude so the other customer can get his food wasn't nice at all. I called an told the management but I know they didn't mentioned anything to her....always slow the wait is about 30min or more

Customer service wasn't pleasant. Cashier seem unconcerned with questions, short and rude. Food tasted awful, bread sticks not all the way baked, corn on cob tasted old, fish looked like it was fried in old grease... Highly disappointed.

When my husband and I walked into the store he mentioned that it smelt like urine. I said I don't smell it and we proceeded to place our order. The condiment counter was very messy and was a real appetite killer. The fish, hush puppies, fries, and chicken we ate were very greasy. Have to say the Cole slaw was good. After we finished eating, what we could, I went to the ladies room. When I walked into the restroom the smell of urine was so strong that it practically took my breath away. It looked like there was a whole tube of caulking around the bottom of the toilet. I wish that I had gone to the rest room and washed my hands before I ate instead of using my hand stantizer. I would have never eaten in this restaurant if I had. If the bathroom was this nasty what did the kitchen look like. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I think the management in the local store and corporate offices need to go and clean this bathroom, because there not doing there job.
