Service was nice and fast but food was horrible. I was served chicken that looked a day old. Dry and burnt... My boyfriends smoked Italian looked like chewed up meat on a bun. After a long day i wanted to eat something i don't usually eat. Now i remember why I don't eat at Arbys almost $20 and couldn't eat anything but the fries.

Nice place, much bigger than most, multiple seating options. Great lunch, fast friendly service. 😀

The restaurant had the side door locked, when we finally managed to get inside, the cashier was extremely uninterested in her job and you could barely hear her for as low as she talked. When you asked her to repeat herself she seemed aggravated that you couldn't manage to hear her the 1st time. The only person that seem to know what they were doing and actually work hard was the manager. I would not recommend this location of arby's to anyone .

1. Waited in line for twenty-four minutes
2. Money was refunded
3. Stated the reason for waiting so long was because the meat truck came
4. The manager was aloof about the wait
5. The manager actually walked off from the window
6. A delivery during happy hour should never be done especially when the delivery is right beside the menu ordering area at this location
