This place is amazing and a must visit in Charleston. Also unlike Husk you don't have to wait nine years for a table, and it's right next door. A romantic courtyard, delicious food, and friendly and competent wait staff combine to make dining here an experience to remember. Perfect for dates.

This is one of my go to eateries in Charleston. Me and my gf go here every Sunday for brunch and we love it. Great food, great & friendly service, great location, and great atmosphere (eat in the courtyard, its beautiful). On top of all that the prices are very reasonable, especially for Charleston. Check this place out, you won't regret it.

We went for lunch on a Saturday and sat outside in the idyllic, covered courtyard. It was lovely. Our server was basically a food tour guide, and taught us a ton about southern fare, which was delightful. I had the She Crab Soup and crab cake - both of which were fantastic. We also tried a couple cocktails, which were definitely less exciting than the food.

Went for brunch on a Sunday. Fantastic choices, including out-of-this-world cheese grits.
We sat in the bar section and had great service as well as a great view of the street. The atmosphere and ambience of the entire place is inviting yet cozy.
I definitely recommend the place as inviting and accommodating for dates, families, visiting family and friends. Overall a great place for anyone.
