The older lack lady in the front is super rude she always in a bad mood. I live in James island so every time I had a check to deposit will go to the pnc bank downtown. She was always so rude in a bad mood and not helpefyll at all so I decided to close my account with them, didn't want to deal with her every time.

I came from out of state and the woman was extremely polite to me. I would definitely go back if I had to.
