I went to class when I was in town from South Dakota. Jen taught the class and did a wonderful job! She was very welcoming when I walked in. I felt very comfortable during her class. I just felt bad that I couldn't attend more classes. Great job Jen!!

Excellent studio that's well managed with friendly staff. Really enjoy the RX hot yoga class.

The instructors are all amazing. I love that there are different styles of yoga, and that each instructor has their own flavor. There's definitely something for everyone. From intense to pretty mild....
