During the stress of having to find our own insurance for the first time ever, Trey McLaughlin was very helpful. Health insurance can be very confusing. Both my husband and I spoke with Trey over a total of probably 4-5 phone calls between the two of us. In between the phone calls, we thought of more questions and confused ourselves on the answers he had already given us. Trey patiently explained our options to as many times as he needed to help us to understand. In finding the best plan for us, he was able to take in account that we had a possible preexisting in our family. It is still a stressful situation, but Trey has made it easier.
