I had never used a local insurance agent before Mappus (I had always used big national agencies, like State Farm or Allstate), and was a little wary of trying something else. That said, Mappus made the experience incredibly easy. Savannah was a pleasure to work with, and was happy to answer as many questions as I wanted to ask, and helped tailor my insurance to best fit my needs. Nothing but good things to say!

As a newly arrived immigrant from the U.K., purchasing my first home in the US could have been a very steep learning curve, but Griffin made it very easy to find the right house insurance policy to meet my requirements.He was very professional and knowledgeable - but also friendly and human! He provided me with the right level of information and advice to enable me to make an informed decision that I felt comfortable with. Will certainly be going back to Griffin and Mappus now that I have found them.

Being from a different state, and owning a condo in Wild Dunes, I researched insurance companies in the area prior to choosing Mappus. Andrew came very highly recommended by a local professional, and I have not been disappointed. He is professional, accessible, easy to communicate with, and very well informed. The insurance purchased was very reasonably priced, and several options were provided. Fortunately, I have not had to file a claim, but was greatly appreciative when I received a call prior to Hurricane Matthew to give me pointers for preparations. I also received instructions on how to file a claim, should we have damage. We were blessed and did not have any damage, but it was extremely helpful to know that our insurance agency was there for us should we need them.
