I have been with this company since 2007 and have never made a claim. The past few days I have called them & was given Voice Message since no one seem to be in the office. I requested information which I have a deadline for and it's to the federal government. I've left 6 [SIX] Voice Messages and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK! I left them all my information so there is no reason why they could not get back to me.
I have NOT gotten any paperwork from them and I requested that they at least call and let me know they got my request. NOTHING FROM THEM!!! I'm getting worried since I have a deadline and this company does NOT appear to be concerned about my requests. What type of company is this? If I did make a claim, would anyone reach out to me? Time to look for a different insurance company, right?

I had a homeowners policy with them for 2 years. As I approached the renewal date for the 3'rd year I had not received a bill so I called them. I got their voice mail so I left a message. 2 weeks later I had not heard back so I called again and left another message. 2 more weeks went by and I called again and left another message. Since I could not contact them and my policy was about to expire I got a different policy. I took a day off work to go their physical office and cancel my policy with them. They even screwed this up. I later got a bill for a weeks worth of insurance AFTER I went to their office to cancel. I have called several times to ask about this but as expected, nobody can return a phone call.
