Food is great. Plan o. Spending A LOT of money if you are hungry. Portions are small and you will need to order quite a bit to get full... unless you are a model who wants to eat a small salad for dinner.

We had a delicious dinner at Congress tonight. We started with a cheese plate which is the best cheese plate in Mount Pleasant. I had a grouper with arugula salad and watermelon, blueberries, and roasted figs. It was exceptional. The way the server was friendly, quick, and very helpful. I will return. It has a beautiful interior. Go!

This place has fantastic food. I had the lemon pancakes which were fantastic!! My husband ordered the torta which was also delicious! The service was fantastic and friendly! Don't miss this hidden gem!

Had multiple small plates and loved every one. Everything tasted so fresh with infused ingredients that were unique and wonderful.the fresh mozzarella with pistachio pesto, grilled toast and arugula salad was just the beginning. So glad to have found this mt. Pleasant gem.
