Worse they were suppose to open at 11 and I ordered online was suppose to pick up at 1115. Door wasn't open at 11 at 1120 someone came from back and said how manager wasn't there and they couldn't open plus the oven wasn't heated so food wasn't ready.

This P.H. no longer participates in the lunch buffet which is the only way to get in & out in a reasonable amount of time. However, even if you go thinking you can order upon arrival, get in and out quickly with no one else in the restaurant?! Think again... Rude staff & terrible service or lack-thereof. Food was only OK. Definitely wouldn't recommend... The only way I'd visit again is if the pizza was ordered online (not just called in) and picked up via the Drive Thru window as to spend as little time as possible here.

Food was ok. Nothing great. Restaurant was nasty. Long wait during lunch buffet and rarely any meat free pizzas on buffet bar

Horrible service, they completely forgot I was waiting for my food. When I asked what type of wings they had the cashier acted as if I was speaking chinese. Then,when I got my wings 45 mins later, some were hot and some cold. Strait out of the microwave. They were also swimming in grease. Worst wings I've ever seen, I couldn't even take one bite after waiting so long.

Awful experience. First you get a call center that answers, then you wait on hold to be transferred to the actual store. They tell you it's going to be an hour and 20 minutes for deliver, so You ask what time the dining room closes and the employee on the other end doesn't even know. He asks someone in the background and they say "What time is it now? 9:17? Tell them we close at 10:00 so they don't come in to eat!" This place should just shut it's doors for good. Aren't you in the business of serving customers food?? That's hard to do when you don't want them to come in and eat.
